Cancellation Policy

Gravelle Building Environments Inc. Cancellation Policy

At Gravelle Building Environments Inc., we understand that schedules can change. However, to ensure efficient service and fair scheduling for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

​

  1. Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made for scheduled services are non-refundable.

  2. Rescheduling Option: If you need to cancel your appointment, you may reschedule it for another date and time.

  3. Credit Application: The full amount paid for the original appointment will be applied as a credit towards the rescheduled service, minus a 15% rescheduling fee. This fee will be deducted from the credit applied to your new appointment.

  4. Notice Requirement: To reschedule your appointment and apply the credit, please provide us with at least 12 hours notice prior to the original appointment time. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your payment and the credit option.

  5. How to Reschedule: To reschedule your appointment, please contact our office through our website contact form and our team will assist you in finding a new appointment time that works for you.
